SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE
As you can see, our website has gotten a face lift recently. We have tried to maintain many of the characteristics of our old website including some of the older articles. There are two new areas that we talk about: that being the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) and Removal.
Additionally, we have submitted a recent article having to do with the UCCJEA.
Also, and obviously, we have included photos of the firm, myself and Laura D’Orsi, Esq. Believe it or not, we have some clients that never truly set foot in our firm, and never get to see the attorney they hired. If for no other reason, I hope the photos are somewhat helpful.
Again, we will try and stay committed to changing issues in Family Law, and submit articles regarding those changes. Believe it or not, there are cases that come down every single day that modify existing case law, even if it’s ever so slightly.
I encourage that if there are issues you wish the firm to discuss in this website, please let us know. There have not been too many issues that I have not dealt with at the firm that I would not be readily able to discuss and draft an article regarding the same.
I hope you are all enjoying the Back-to-School season which is truly one of the most wonderful times of the year...
JOHN A. PATTI, ESQ.
